Snake river farm ham used to be the go to ham. Not any more. This was local and better. 20 people for Christmas dinner: We dry rubbed and baked 20’ per pound. The fat rendered beautifully and the meat was spectacular. Berkshire breed showed its color and the flavor was perfect. Can’t recommend this enough.
Ritter Farm is a true gem. You could not ask for better service or tastier cuts of meat!
