What are your Store Hours?
We are only open on the weekends. Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm. During the week we are busy operating our farm to produce the products we sell.
When will my order be ready?
Orders are ready the next weekend after you make a purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Stock can move fast and we will notify you if something you ordered is not available. If you order Homestead Harvest feed that is not in stock, your order will be available within 1 to 2 weeks.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
In certain cases, yes. Specific products will allow you to pre-order in advance. You can also place items in the Ritter Farm Wishlist to be notified when they are back in stock.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
During checkout you have the option to securely save your payment information. Our processor is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider.
What is your return policy?

All meat sales are final. Meat products cannot be returned after purchase. Unopened feed may be returned within 24 hours and at the discretion of Ritter Farm.
Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?
Contact us immediately to change or cancel your order. If we have already shipped your order we cannot change or cancel it. Cancelled orders made with a Credit Card will be accessed a fee based on the type of Credit Card used.
